Bill Lawton has been a Realtor for over 17 years and has been a Top Producer during most of that time.
Bill joined his mother Karen to form The Lawton Team in 1998, and in three short years, helped grow the team to Mega status. Bill joined Keller Williams in 2009, first as a Realtor, and now as the Business Development Coach. Bill has been, and continues to be, heavily involved in the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), serving two terms as MLS Chair, Vice President, and President in 2013.
Education and training Realtors is Bill’s passion and priority – coaching, training and mentoring both new and experienced agents, at all levels, to reach new goals. Bill has extensive experience in coaching and in technology implementation for Realtors, he was a featured Tech Contributor in REALTOR Mag. He loves to share that knowledge and assist others in reaching new levels in their business. Bill has lived in the Upstate for over 30 years.
When he is not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, leading his son’s Cub Scout Pack, volunteering at church, helping with Warrior Tours and working on his ranch.
Meet Adam Roach. Adam truly is an entrepreneur at heart. At the age of 22 he had already created a successful dotcom; by 25 he was the youngest General Manager in Beverly Hills Tennis’ history (Beverly Hills, CA) and an equity partner.
In 2003 he created A&A Properties and flipped over $3.5M in residential properties (Los Angeles, CA). In 2010, Adam became the Team Leader of Keller William Realty, Indy Metro North (Indianapolis, IN), and in 2013 became the Team Leader of the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant market center (Mt. Pleasant, SC). Finally, in 2014 Adam created recruitingbridge.com, which in 15 months recruited over 3,500 agents to Keller Williams.
Adam’s passion in teaching is primarily focused on wealth building, leveraged based, passive income classes.
Meet Scott Taylor. Scott began his real estate career as a broker in 2005 with The Taylor Group at Sotheby’s International Realty in Denver, Colorado where he earned a prestigious award for high first year production. The Taylor Group, was the #3 ranked team in the Denver Board of Realtors, closing nearly $140 Million in sales between 2006 and 2010. Scott’s primary focus was listing and selling luxury properties in the Denver metro area, with a business built on personal referrals and geographic farming.
In 2013 Scott joined Keller Williams Realty as the Team Leader in Burlington, NC. During his time in the Team Leader role, the Burlington Market Center has grown from 103 associates to 165 associates, earning Scott the #4 Top Gun Team Leader award in the Carolinas Region and doubling the Market Center’s profitability.
Meet Janeece Swainey!! She is one of our new instructors. Janeece is currently OP for Fort Mill Market Center and is interim Team Leader for KW South Park.While Janeece holds degrees in Special Education and she taught all disciplines and age groups for 15 years, she has been able to meld her passion of the real estate profession and teaching to make a very exciting career. She believes that Education is a major key to success in the real estate business and when combined with a strong desire to achieve and a great work ethic the possibilities are endless. She has spent many years helping agents grow their businesses with fantastic results and is here now, to work with us to grow this company. Her energy and passion is evident in everything she does.
From 1996-2006 she was with The Home Source Realtors in Peachtree City, GA as Executive Vice President where she ran both the General Brokerage and New Homes Divisions. While there she was awarded The National Association of Homebuilders Platinum Award for her staff selling 180 Million Dollars’ worth of new construction homes. (#1 in the Atlanta Area)
Meet Josh Burnett!! He is one of our new instructors. Josh began his real estate career in May of 2010 after serving the Charlotte Area as a Paramedic and Fire Fighter for 10 years. Josh tripled his business in his second year and doubled it the following year. Josh quickly rose to the top 10% in the Ballantyne Area Market Center and served on the ALC for 2013 and 2014. Josh’s passion for education and technology have enabled him to embrace the models KW has and the technology it offers to further his business and empower those that attend his classes to do the same.
