Dr. Michael Horwitz is a Co-Rainmaker of the Best Home Ever Team, a Personal and Professional Elite Coach, and ALC member in the leading Keller Williams office located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where his purpose is “to help real estate agents become great real estate agents”. He has been active in the real estate industry as a broker for over 25 years and with Keller Williams since 2011. Michael is a member of the Sports and Entertainment and Luxury divisions and serves on the South Florida Region Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force – co-leading the education and training sub-committee. Prior to joining Keller Williams, he was the co-owner of a highly successful local real estate brokerage firm, managing a company with over 140 agents, and as such Horwitz has a working knowledge of every aspect of the industry. In his career he has trained, coached, and supervised 1,000s of real estate professionals. With over 45 years of experience as a former practicing Certified Public Accountant, entrepreneur, consultant, developer, real estate broker, and educator, Michael brings a broad and deep set of tools to help others succeed in their business endeavors.
Michael delivers engaging programs that help individuals and organizations become successful. He believes that applying innovative concepts and prescriptive models to real world applications creates results. Dr. Horwitz is a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer, KW Kids Can QL Master Instructor, FES & CES Instructor, ONE Thing Trainer, and Rialto Academy Core Coach. He facilitates both mindset and operational courses, blending his experience and expertise to connect to the materials and help participants apply the learning in unique and creative ways. Michael teaches Quantum Leap, QL, The Six Personal Perspectives, The ONE Thing, Leadership Unlocked, Customer Experience, The Business Planning Clinic, ProfitAbility: Agent Financials, and several courses he developed – Leading in an Uncertain Environment, and The Results Function: How to apply time, talent, and treasure to drive outcomes. He also facilitates effective conversations for ALCs around financial growth, vulnerability and working in teams and leads quarterly masterminds on topics of concern to top producing agents.
Dr Horwitz is an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University where he teaches courses in leadership, managing groups and teams, and organizational behavior. Applying his background, he pulls the concepts and theories of academia together with real world applications to deliver new concepts and drive outcomes. He is a Franklin Covey certified facilitator, Center for Leadership Studies Situational Leadership educator
Horwitz holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. The focus of his work is on Authentic Leadership and driving organizational results in the real estate industry.
