William King is a licensed Realtor and the Founder of The King Group at Keller Williams Columbia. Will believes that “Real estate is about people, not properties” and applies this philosophy to every one of his clients. It is this same attitude that drives every aspect of his business. Since beginning to work in the real estate industry in 2018, Will and The King Group have helped 167 families totaling $38M in gross sales. In February 2022, Keller Williams awarded Will the distinguished Quadruple Gold medal to recognize his outstanding sales production during the previous year. Will is a member of the Keller Williams National Profit Share Task Force and is currently serving his third year on the Associate Leadership Council at Keller Williams. Prior to real estate, Will worked as a radio show host as well as a voice over actor for EA Sports, Lexmark International, and the University of South Carolina Athletics Department. He was even a finalist for the Chicago Cubs PA announcer position in 2011. Will is the father of three children and husband to Sarah who is also an agent and a part of The King Group. Will is dedicated to making meaningful connections with other real estate professionals and is committed to educating new and would-be agents on the world of real estate and Keller Williams.
