Lorenza joined Keller Williams Realty in March 2004 at the age of 24, when Keller Williams was still relatively new to the Carolina’s Region after serving 6 Years in the Air Force Reserves, as a Aerospace Engineer Crew Chief for the KC-135 aircraft. Boone quickly learned the culture of the company and doubled his business during the 2010 – 2013 Shifting Market.
Lorenza has always had a passion for teaching and helping other agents succeed. He
graduated the Leadership Development Academy through the Charlotte Realtors Association.
Annually he serves as a REALTORS Care Day Captain and was voted by his peers in 2010 as the recipient of the coveted “Eagle Award” for living and acting out the W.I.4.C.2.T.S.
Boone is a member of the “core agents” of Keller Williams Ballantyne Area Market Center, the world’s largest KW Market Center in Profit and Profit Share, and currently serves on the Agent Leadership Council. He has transitioned from a single agent to a team and consistently ranks in the Top 10% in the market center. Lorenza is also a member of a select group of Keller agents for earning over $100,000 in lifetime profit share and counting. Boone is a KWU Approved Trainer, 6X’s Bold Graduate and Certified Quantum Leap Instructor for Young Adults.
Lorenza manages and operates The Boone Group with his wife, Leclair Boone. They have one daughter, Lauren and dog “Cricket.” When Lorenza isn’t Selling, Coaching, or Training; you can find him spending time with his family, traveling, and mentoring young adults.
