Heather Hope is a real estate educator and business owner who believes that the strongest agents are built at the intersection of clear models and healthy mindset.
A North Carolina native, Heather grew up in North Raleigh and returned home after attending college in the Pacific Northwest to begin her career as a middle school math and science teacher. Her time in the classroom shaped the way she approaches real estate education today; patiently, practically, and with a focus on helping people truly understand what they’re doing, not just what to do next.
Heather entered real estate in 2019 and has since built and grown Heather Hope Realty Group, a 4th level team serving the Triangle area of North Carolina. She has closed more than $34 million in lifetime sales, while continuing to balance personal production, leadership responsibilities, and education work.
Teaching has always remained central to Heather’s work. She is a KWU Certified Trainer and an eight-time graduate of BOLD, and she continues to invest heavily in both professional development and personal growth. Her training style is practical, encouraging, and rooted in real-world application, shaped not only by the classroom, but by the daily experience of running a business and leading a team.
Heather has also served in multiple leadership roles within her market center, including productivity coach and member of the Agent Leadership Council as the education and wealth-building chairs. Those experiences, along with her role as a team rainmaker, influence her approach to training: focused on clarity, consistency, and helping agents build businesses they can sustain.
Whether working with new agents, established teams, or leadership groups, Heather enjoys teaching in a way that’s honest, accessible, and grounded in experience. Her goal is simple, to help people grow with confidence, intention, and practical skill.
