Kent, along with his wife Pam, founded and lead The Temple Team, a 6th level team in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. They are actively expanding across the Carolinas; including Charlotte, Asheville, Charleston and The Triad. Kent is the Operating Partner of the Lake Norman Mooresville and Lake Norman Cornelius Market Centers, as well as an investor in four others.
In 2016, he became a member of a select group when he was accepted as a Keller Williams University International Master Faculty. He enjoys facilitating classes that help agents grow their business, grow their teams, set up accountability to reach their goals, and improve on their presentation skills.
