Steve is an experienced businessman having achieved success at a high level in both corporate life and as an entrepreneur. He served in executive positions for several large insurance companies prior to venturing out on his own in 1998. As an entrepreneur, he has acquired or started over 15 businesses including several in the real estate industry. His corporate experience as well as his entrepreneurial ventures have demonstrated his expertise in mergers, acquisitions and turnarounds. Steve has a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Steve joined Keller Williams in 2003. He was the Co-founder and Manager of Tufts Realty Associates located in the Atlanta-Sugarloaf office. This Team closed over $200 million in their first 6 years. They grew to be #1 in the state of Georgia for KW and were cited repeatedly by Atlanta Magazine as one of the Top Realtors in the Atlanta area.
Steve is the OP of several KW offices in Northeast Florida, including the Jacksonville Beach MC that eventually grew to become the #1 office in the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors during the real estate crash of 2007. He was previously affiliated with KW’s Express Realty Services in Springfield, Virginia, one of the Top 3 Teams in all of KWRI in 2009 and 2010. He also served 2 years as the North Florida Management Representative to the International ALC.
Steve has taught in over 30 market centers in the Southeast Region, the North Florida Region and the North Carolina Region. He is most known for his expertise with the Shift and MREA models, lead generation/conversion, marketing strategy, leadership and general business practices.
