I’m a week late for the December Update…and what a week it has been! CES Market Center participation has grown from 19 in 2012 to 26 in 2013. The faculty has grown from 8 to 14, providing more classes and more opportunity for our agents to have the best training available. We are so happy to be serving the Carolina’s Region.
We’ve encouraged the market centers to think ahead to their 2013 Training Calendars and most of you have responded immediately with your training requests. Liz has been running full speed this week confirming and scheduling classes. We’re up to 85 classes that have been requested for 2013, and 70% have been confirmed and put on the Training Calendar.
As you view the Calendar, you can click on the Agenda Tab at the top right and see a list of the classes scheduled for a period of time. By clicking on the class, you can see where it is being taught. You can also print the agenda, however, this is a constantly changing site as new classes are being scheduled, changes being made, etc. So come back often to see What’s New! Remember, agents from any CES participating market center can attend any of the classes being offered. Encourage agents to use this Site as they set their personal 2013 Career Development/Training Goals.
Team Leaders, don’t delay in requesting your First and Second Quarter classes. Study the courses on the Site and send in your requests on the Training Request Tab or by Email to Liz. Take advantage of some of the new classes that are being offered, in addition to the great existing classes.
