Todd began his informal training when he was just eight years old shadowing his Mom, a real estate agent and appraiser from one appointment to the next. Officially licensed in 1991 at age 19, Todd’s first sale was $1,120,000 and he never looked back. Finding Keller Williams in 2008, Todd immediately was drawn to the leadership path serving on the ALC for 6 years and was very involved in the education committee offering a wildly popular weekly scripts and tips class at his local market center. Todd went on to serve as a Team Leader, became a KWU Approved Instructor, and is a MAPS BOLD Coach. 30 years of experience and 8,000+ coaching calls later, Todd will enthusiastically share time tested ideas and proven strategies so you can take your business to the next level!  Be ready to laugh, learn, and earn!
