With over a decade of experience in real estate, Scott has built a career that’s as diverse as it is impactful. From serving as a buyer’s agent to an ALC member, Productivity Coach, and educator, Scott’s journey has given him a well-rounded perspective that he brings into the classroom.
Before real estate, Scott served his community as a firefighter, EMT, and Ocean Rescue, roles that taught him resilience, adaptability, and the importance of preparation—skills he now uses to guide both clients and aspiring agents. His passion for teaching took root while working with JY Monk Real Estate School and Kaplan University, where he discovered a love for helping others grow their careers in real estate.
Scott has helped over 150 families buy and sell homes across Eastern NC in just the past three years and consistently ranks in the top 10% at Keller Williams New Bern. But his work doesn’t stop there. As a leader, he’s dedicated to mentoring new agents, building his brand, and spearheading initiatives to strengthen his community of real estate professionals.
When Scott’s not working, you’ll likely find him at an ECU sporting event (Go Pirates!), playing pickup games, or soaking up the sun at the beach. Whether in the classroom or out on the field, Scott brings his trademark energy, humor, and dedication to everything he does.
