I originally hail from Winchester, Massachusetts, but have lived in the Charlotte area since 2007. Living and working in Charlotte have provided a great foundation to base my real estate career. I founded Kennedy Homes of the Carolinas in 2015. This real estate team is composed of highly experienced agents focusing on giving back to the community and supporting local charities by hosting and attending monthly events. We are knowledgeable and accomplished in advising clients about buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
I am an 11-time KW Capping agent, an 8-time BOLD graduate, and a 2014 graduate from the CRRA Leadership Academy. I am licensed in real estate in both North Carolina and South Carolina. I have been a Productivity Coach, Ignite Instructor & CES instructor. Voted by my peers, I won the Keller Williams Ballantyne Team Player award in 2015, 2017, 2018 & 2021.
I hold multiple degrees from Johnson & Wales University. My first A.A. is in Restaurant Management, A.A. in Culinary Arts and a B.A. in Food & Beverage Management with a Double Minor.
