Tracy Roberts began selling real estate in May of 2018 and by following the training taught at her market center and taking BOLD she earned Rookie of the year at her market center and runner up for the Carolina’s region! Being a mother of two children one being autistic, she has a deep passion to provide and protect to ensure their futures.  There wasn’t an option of not playing all in.

In May of 2019 Tracy formed a two-person team “Atlas Home Team” that quickly rose to Platinum award level and in 2021 won 9^th in the Carolina’s region for units at the team level. This was achieved by being extremely learning based and pouring into others around her.

Tracy has a “Big Why” to create a life for her daughter Mackenzie at the same level after she is gone as it is now.  This goal also includes enabling her son to never feel emotionally burdened by his sister and to always make decisions in love not out of stress or fear for the future. 

As the ALC Career and Development Chair Tracy has been able to not only lead her team of now 11 people but also the market center agent base. Tracy is passionate about helping others see their potential and takes steps needed to become the best version of they can be.

I have been an entrepreneur at heart for as long as I can remember. I have farmed and owned two restaurants/bars, a travel magazine, and a small trucking company with my brothers and dad back in Minnesota. Once I could no longer stand the cold it was time to move someplace warm. And so I ended up here in North Carolina. 

I got my real estate license as soon as I landed her in 2014 and ended up at Keller Williams. After three years as an agent, I was asked to become an investor in a new MC opening in Garner, NC. I was looking to be the PC coach when my OP had different ideas and asked if I would be the team leader. I took that job in 2017 and helped launch MC#1084. During that time I recruited 500 agents and helped grow that MC to over 200 agents. In 2022 I was asked to step into the OP role. So I am an example of someone who started out as an agent, moved into an investor and TL role and now is an OP. Can’t wait to see what is next for me. 

 I  love teaching, coaching and helping people work towards their goals, love seeing the aha, or the look of pride when they have accomplished their goals. I had someone I really admire and respect and they thought I would make a great instructor and so I started down that path. I have a passion for teaching and giving people all the information that they need to achieve their goals.
