Meagan Moulden

Meagan found her true passion in real estate operations and team building upon joining the industry in 2015. She started as an EA and TC for a fantastic Raleigh-area team before becoming the Director of Operations for another great local team in 2018. In early 2020, Meagan was recruited into a 2.5-year tenure as the Director of Training for a national real estate-focused recruiting and training company where she trained ops professionals, offered agents unique insights into team dynamics, and consulted teams on effective recruitment and training strategies. She was also the DOO of the KWYP Triangle Chapter for 2 years and has served on the education and culture committees in multiple Market Centers. 

Currently, Meagan is the DOO and Broker-in-Charge at Carlton Realty Co. in Apex, NC, where she is honored to practice servant leadership with her small yet mighty team of four women. Beyond facilitating the closing of over 600 real estate transactions (and growing!) over the span of her career, she has the honor of working alongside her team lead, Kate Carlton, to coach and train the team to hit their personal and professional goals while owning the team financials and systems to maintain a 35%+ profit margin and an 80%+ referral-based business.

A two-time BOLD graduate, Meagan loves shining a light on leverage opportunities (both people and systems!) and helping teams create referral-worthy agent and customer experiences. She is particularly dedicated to empowering real estate operations professionals, encouraging them to take ownership of their roles to propel their careers by contributing to the substantial growth of their team’s businesses. Meagan loves learning and teaching, and her mission is to help you turn your knowledge into transformative action toward building a ‘life worth living’ and a ‘business worth owning.’
