5. Pre-class Mission email for participants:  For Chris Hurley’s class – 5 days and again 2 days to the class use this email template below to send pre-class tasks for attendees
6. CES Sign In Sheet – Send to ces@cesclasses.com immediately following the class. Indicate who your guests are.
7. CES Evaluation; www.ceseval.com or download the paper version here. If using the paper  version send to ces@cesclasses.com after class.
