Originally from Puerto Rico, Jose chose South Florida as his home for its warm climate, tropical
scenery, dynamic nightlife, and rich cultural tapestry. With a Master’s Degree from Florida
International University’s School of Hospitality Management, Jose has a background in
hospitality that instilled in him a love for helping others feel at home. In his over twenty-year
career as a Realtor, Jose finds great joy in matching clients with their perfect homes.
Incorporating the key principles of Gary Keller’s The ONE Thing, Jose focuses on delivering
exceptional service by concentrating on what matters most: the needs and satisfaction of his
clients. His fluency in English and Spanish, combined with a plethora of real estate designations
such as CIPS, CLHMS, CRS, EPRO, CSHP, PSA, RENE, SRES, and TRC, underpins his commitment
to excellence.
Jose’s achievement as the first Certified Senior Housing Professional in Miami and Broward
County underscores his dedication to serving the senior community with top-tier service. His
commitment to leaving a legacy of excellence is reflected in his numerous awards, including the
prestigious MO Anderson Culture of Excellence Award, for which he was the first recipient in 2023.
He has also been recognized as the 2016 Humanitarian of the Year by the Florida
Realtors® Association and the 2021 South Florida Cultural Ambassador. Additionally, he has
been part of the South Florida KW Leadership Academy. Jose’s love for travel has taken him to over 40 countries and four of the Seven Wonders of the World. For over five years, he has taught The ONE Thing internationally and nationally, helping Realtors focus on their most significant tasks to achieve extraordinary results. Beyond real estate, Jose is dedicated to philanthropy, actively participating in various charitable endeavors to make a meaningful impact both locally and globally.
