Faiyaz Dossaji entered real estate with Keller Williams Fort Mill in 2015 after several years working in the DC area and overseas as a defense contractor for the U.S. military. After purchasing several investment properties in the Carolinas and even overseas, where he learned construction techniques and cost analysis of home remodeling, Faiyaz enjoyed 2.5 years of successfully operating as an individual agent, averaging 30 closed units annually. Faiyaz is very learning-based and loves to give back to his market center. Now in his 3rd year on the ALC, Faiyaz leads a very active Education Committee and is an Ignite Instructor. In addition, he was selected by his peers as the 2018 winner of the “Visionary Award”.
Mike Morrell has been in the “house business” most of his life as the son of a Realtor Mom, and contractor Dad. He started out doing real estate part time while selling construction materials to home builders, then got into new home sales and led the Charlotte division of David Weekley Homes in Sales and Customer Service for nearly 8 years. Since he joined Keller Williams in 2014, Mike has consistently been a top performer in the Fort Mill Market Center, and averaged 40 closed units annually as an individual agent. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Mike has adapted the core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment to serving clients. He has contributed to his market center and community in his roles as a Productivity Coach, Ignite Instructor, ALC member, and even plays the role of beloved Santa Clause for school children at a local lower-income elementary school that KW has “adopted.”
In January 2018, Faiyaz and Mike decided to take their experience, knowledge and desire to serve more clients and provide better customer service by creating Carolinas Dream Team (CDT). In 2020, CDT closed 264 units for $78 million in volume and were ranked #12 in the Carolinas Region after growing by 85% year-on-year. Now approaching 22 members on their team, Mike and Faiyaz look forward to helping more families and building on a bedrock of exceptional client service. Faiyaz and his wife live in Fort Mill, he’s an ardent supporter of his South Carolina Gamecocks and Syracuse Orange and loves international travel. Mike and his wife enjoy an active household with a Brady Bunch of 6 kids and 2 dogs and love the adventure of an active family.
