Dick Dillingham, CRS has been an active member of the Dallas, Texas residential real estate community since 1977. He is consistently a multi-million dollar producer and is presently with Keller Williams Realty. Dick graduated from Southern Methodist University with both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Dick was a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) for twenty (20) years. He was national President of CRS in 1994. Additionally, Dick has served as Vice President & Dean of Keller Williams University Faculty & he is the Operating Partner for the KW Northern California/Hawaii Region and he is an investor in the Maryland/DC Region.
Dick and his wife, Judy, have two daughters: Jenifer, who is an elementary school teacher in Richardson, Texas and Rebecca Howe, who is an Administrative Assistant for a non-profit organization in Charlotte, North Carolina.
