Chris has been involved in the Triangle Real Estate Market for the last 25 years. During this time, he has been an agent, a Team Leader, a Broker-in-Charge, investor, and a Market Center investor. Also, for the last several years, Chris has been educating agents on all aspects of the real estate business from obtaining a license to creating a 7th level team.
As well as being a founding investor in the Keller Williams Legacy-Apex Market Center, Chris founded the Go School of Real Estate while working with Go Realty and is now owner and instructor for Barnette Seminars and Real Estate. At the end of the day, educating agents on how to become valuable fiduciaries for their clients is the passion that drives Chris in his current roles of BIC and Education Director. Chris has often been referred to as the Universal BIC as so many of his former students keep him on speed dial to answer challenging questions that they encounter in the field. When not working with his agents, Chris enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Lisa and daughter, Ellie, as well as grilling and heading to the beach!
