We are terrible at knowing what makes us happy.
We may think we know. We may chase after it every day. We may tell ourselves “I’ll be happy when…” Only to end up feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and burnt out.
Fortunately, the same happiness research that revealed how bad we are at knowing what works, has uncovered what DOES actually work: simple, specific practices that influence our happiness and wellbeing. When we intentionally tie these evidence-based activities into our daily personal and professional routines, we can transform our thinking, our outcomes, our relationships, our businesses, our organizations, and ultimately, our lives.
