Ladd Gasparovic stared his professional career as an attorney.  After the birth of his daughter in 2009 he sold his practice in order to lead his wife, Stephanie’s, real estate team and joined Keller Williams in 2012.  Ever since then, Ladd has led the Gasparovic Group to experience massive growth, ranking in the top 5 sales groups in the Carolinas Region of Keller Williams.  Since 2013 Keller Williams Wilmington, the market center for which he is the launching Operating Principal, has been the fastest growing real estate firm in southeastern North Carolina.  He prides himself on being a living, breathing example of how committing to learning and growth, while following proven systems and models, will cause massive growth personally, professionally and financially.
