Cynthia moved to Waxhaw, NC from Chattanooga, TN in 2009 and began her real estate career after being a stay at home mom for 13 years to her four amazing children. She had no idea the powerful impact Keller Williams was about to have on her life. After being awarded Rookie of the Year in 2010, Cynthia doubled her business every year her first three years and did what she calls “failing forward” at a very high level. In 2013 the DISC behavior assessment was instrumental in changing her life and in 2014, her primary focus shifted from selling real estate to impacting the lives of others through teaching the priceless keys to empowerment and productivity using the DISC concepts. Her passion for teaching others has afforded her the opportunity to change lives by teaching her course throughout various industries across the United States. Cynthia is a Certified Master Behavioral Analyst and a Keller Williams University faculty member. When she is not teaching, she can be found running, hiking and spending time with her kids.
