This class will take you from Levels 4 and above in the MREA Model. Get more freedom and
flexibility in your real estate life through leverage and delegation. We’ll discuss systems,
strategies and best practices to leverage yourself with Showing Assistants, Buyer Agents,
ISA/OSA’s… and Listing Specialists. We will focus on leadership and retention (how to build a
Team that people will never leave). Best practices for setting standards, and enforcing them.
Profitability and ideal compensation models for agents on your team. And we’ll discuss an Exit Strategy -where you can step out of day-to-day real estate and STILL receive an income stream from the business you successfully built.
