CES is always looking for new talent and you just might be it! If you can answer yes to all the questions below, please fill out the instructor interest form HERE . If you can’t answer yes to all the questions please send us an email to ces@cesclasses.com and let us know what questions you have or provide us more information on your unique situation.
- Is your production for the last rolling 12 months over $8M in closed volume OR 18+ units?
- Do you have a full time assistant?
- Have you completed Train The Presenter?
If you meet these requirements, we will set up a time for you to speak with Tammi Juengst, CES Owner. We will also need to see you in action teaching a class in person or online (a recording is okay!).
We ask that new instructors start out teaching only 2-3 classes, this way you will master that material and it will be second nature when you are in a classroom.
If you are developing your own class to teach for CES, Tammi will need to approve the class material/ outline before we put it in our rotation.
Once you are teaching for CES, you have the opportunity to become a KWU Approved Trainer. There are certain requirements that KW has for approval. If you are interested in pursuing that avenue, click HERE to learn more.
