Darren Kittleson


Darren Kittleson has been a REALTOR since 1989 starting his career at age 24 in the Chicago suburbs. In 1993 he moved back “home” to Madison Wisconsin.
Since then he has built a high performing sales team, co-founded a residential construction company and in 2003 he purchased his first Keller Williams Realty Market Center.

Darren currently serves at Operating Principal and Broker for 2 Keller Williams Market Centers with over 200 associates in Madison, WI. His company has been named “Best Place to Work” by Madison Magazine for the past 3 years. In 2020 his firm was named “Best in Madison” for real estate brokerages. His passion for helping agents build great careers and lives is where he loves to spend his time. He has professionally coached top performing sales teams in the real estate as a MAPS Mega Agent Coach since 2010. In 2010 he also became a BOLD Coach and has delivered the full BOLD Experience over 50 times throughout the US and Canada. He speaks and trains for the Real Estate Business Institute as well as being a Keller Williams International Master Faculty member. His work has taken him through every US State and Canadian Provence as well as Dubai, Serbia and South Africa. In 2018 he fulfilled his lifelong dream of purchasing his family farm in SW Wisconsin. This year this farm has been in his family for 150 years. He is now the 5th generation to own and operate the farm. He raises Akaushi beef cattle for their heart healthy and amazing tasting meat. He is using sustainable grass feeding/non-confinement practice of rotational grazing. He is committed to supporting healthy pollinators and has prescribed cropping practices that eliminate all chemical pesticides and herbicides as well as creating stronger habitat for the area’s honeybee population. 2020 will be his first season raising bees for honey.
