After graduating from App State, accidentally entering the commercial real estate world (there’s a story there), and purchasing her first home in South Charlotte in 2001, her interests and career shifted toward residential Real Estate.
Throughout her first 10 years as an individual agent, she averaged 4-6M per year without much leverage to speak of. By her 10th year as an agent, Leigh had married and become a mother to 2 boys. With new goals of a much higher volume and a definite need to find leverage, Leigh joined Keller Williams South Park. The transition not only helped her achieve her goals up to 23M, it sparked her Leadership interests and opened up opportunities within the training and coaching sectors of KW. Using her gifts in counseling, experience, and perspective she began to cultivate her passion of supporting other agents to develop their businesses and define their dreams. Leigh has been on the ALC Board five times in her tenure with KW and she has graduated BOLD five times. She has attended Coaching Skills Camp three times and developed the initial Productivity Coaching program at the SouthPark Market Center. Present day, at 23 years of real estate experience in Charlotte, she is still the owner of a small team, On The Move Charlotte.
During the pandemic, Leigh found herself leaning into a female entrepreneur’s leadership group. In 2020, she became the Mastermind Director of this thriving, local networking group called Business Sorority. She now also leads an agent only Mastermind focused on Purpose and Profit. She is still in production and is raising 2 teenage boys with her husband of 19 years. Helping agents truly find and focus on their Life by Design is her “work joy.”
