Kim began her career in Real Estate in 2009, after her small business closed due to 9/11 consequences. Kim has always been in sales from radio advertising, promotional items and then real estate. Kim’s small business background gave her a new “spoke” on her wheel and that was customer experience. Kim has been a Realtor 11 years, six of those as an individual agent, and Five years ago she started a team, The Stroud Team. In 2019 they won the double gold Team Award. Kim began seeking the Luxury community because she was being referred into a specific community, over and over due to her high servant-customer experience. She decided to get trained for luxury and the rest is history, just 3 short years later, she has 24 sold properties in the 3 communities she serves. Kim’s background also includes training, leadership, Bold 8 times, ALC, and now CES instructor. In her spare time she lifts weights, enjoys hiking, long walks at the beach house, and spending time with baby grands. She starts her day at 4:30 with bible study, reading a growth related book, exercise, and getting ready for the day.
