Selling New Construction

In this section of the class we will discuss the role of the Buyer’s agent in a new construction sale, how to deal with an on-site agent, negotiating with new construction, new construction contracts and how to work with small builders without on-site agents. The student will be able to comfortably take their clients to new home subdivisions or undeveloped land and assist them in identifying the right builder, lot, model, community and adequately represent them through the contract process and through to closing. This is the second part of a 2 half-day class package that includes Knowing a House from Floorplans to Finishes, taught by the same instructor on the same day.
