As an agent, Mike consistently led the board in production, listings and sales volume. In 2003, he leveraged that experience to launch his first KW franchise and has since been instrumental in launching – or relaunching- eleven market centers in the US and UK. He has presented hundreds of events across the United States and internationally, and coaches corporate executives and entrepreneurs, as well as some of the top agents in the country. Mike serves on the faculty of Keller Williams University, is a Certified ONE Thing Trainer and MAPS Business Training Coach. He is a member of The John Maxwell Team, and is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Realty, Falls Church. Mike is an avid traveller, amateur photographer, proud father, and besotted husband.
Mike holds a Master of Science Degree in Management & Organizational Behaviour from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management & Marketing from the same institution. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mike enjoyed a corporate career with fast-paced, results oriented companies, including Xcellerate (now Avenue A/Razorfish) Rubbermaid (now Newell/Rubbermaid) and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
