Blake hails from wonderful Winston-Salem, where he has a 6th level team, The Ginther Group, which mostly because he has gotten out of the way, has closed over 1000 units since 2016. Blake is also the operating principal of the Keller Williams Elite office in Winston-Salem. Blake was once an un-leveraged-100 working hours 
a week-kind-of guy, just 5 short years ago; Now, his passion is teaching others how simple it can be, if you commit and are consistent. Blake is most proud of his family, Wife Tobi, 7 year old Jack and 1 year old Marin. Blake will happily come before or stay after classes and lead masterminds or meet with recruits, as changing folks lives is what he now lives for…just bribe him with a round of golf at the best course near you!
